I was concerned about financing but Manchester Subaru made the process extremely comfortable and they were able to secure me financing at a competitive rate. They also gave me a great deal on my new 2015 Subaru Outback. I am very happy with my new vehicle, the quality of service I received from Bob (GSM), Tony (SM), Xan (BM), and my sales person Gary. The car buying process can be an overwhelming process sometimes but I was made comfortable by everybody involved in the process at all levels. I highly recommend this dealer for anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Manchester Subaru has always treated my fairly and in a professional manner and make me feel like I'm their most important customer (yes, I like to be treated like a Princess even though I'm a senior citizen). This was my first experience with Russell Knee and I have already told my sister that when she's ready to buy her new Subaru (this will be her 2nd), that we'll set up an appointment with Russell which is proof in itself that I trust him to be fair with my family members and anyone he services. Thank you all for making car buying a painless event! PS: I also stopped by the Service Department following my purchase so they could help me with some questions I had. They are awesome! More

DISRESPECTFUL, GREEDY, DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS NEEDS If I could 0 stars I still wouldn't because I would give negative stars... So I was looking to trade in my 2014 Dodge Dart GT and financing for a 201 If I could 0 stars I still wouldn't because I would give negative stars... So I was looking to trade in my 2014 Dodge Dart GT and financing for a 2015 WRX. I dealt with Steve one of the salesman, what an awesome guy he is. He was no hassle, wasn't trying to or attempted to lude me in to a different car or anything. Straight forward is how Steve is, I actually love the guy. So I give him numbers he runs to Darrin the sales manager or one of them. I don't know how many sales manager or managers are there. Auto trader which is what they use to appraise a vehicle was around 15,500-16,000 with what I had on my 2014 Dart Gt. He comes to me Dodge has a rebate of up to 3,000 and that would put your trade in value at 12,500 or 13,000. I learned this after, but where does Auto Trader stipulates anything about rebates? If they do show me, because I wasnt't aware or know if that information exist on their website. I wanted a Red 2015 WRX base model no add ons , and knowing that they wanted to sell me a white one with an add on. So I really wanted one, and decide ehh lets see if I can get it. I was preapproved for the car already with my bank. They took my credit app, came back to me that I was denied! Ok? and they wanted 1,000 down. After waiting 3 or 4 hrs, Darrin says " Theres a Patriots game tomorrow 12/28/14 vs the Bills , the senior loan president will be wined and dined with the president of Manchester Subaru, we will try to push something through with 42 months lease, 441/mo and 1,000 down." What in the world does the patriots game going to do with me?! Makes no sense, I feel that Darrin was trying to screw me over my trade, and no I didn't leave anything or a deposit and wasn't going to anyway. Next day I went to Prime Subaru in Hudson, they gave 16,500! for my trade and I downed 1,000 and they match the sales price at Manchester I drove home the next day with exactly what I wanted 2015 Lightning Red Base model Subaru WRX, and wait a bank approved me? Yes that's right, no co-signer. When I confronted Darrin about the deal, and called him out saying " You lied to me, so I guess what I bought it somewhere else." All he said was " I DON'T CARE" ... What a way to say congratulation buddy, This is how they treat people if you find a better deal, Hope to god your reading this, but I'll be nice by just saying your a snake, Try to sell me something I never wanted and knowing what I wanted, and telling me Im not approve but guess what I got a deal you and your owner can never in your snake minds dreams can ever match. You lost exactly $28,000 by just lying to me and trying to deceive, oh and don't worry you said you called me after 12/27/14 to to let me know if you can push a deal through, but as you can see in the system with an additional inquiry on my credit, there was no need for that phone call, so thank you so much for NOT calling me when you said you would, what a good follow up to customers just because they went looking somewhere else. Guess what Darrin you said to my face " I DONT CARE" when I confronted you, guess what as long as this post is up and people get to read it, here you go " I DONT CARE EITHER." GUYS NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE, NOR LEAVE ANY MONEY DOWN WITH THEM, I REPEAT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE, xxxx...DONT EVEN DRINK THEIR FREE COFFEES OR ANYTHING. READ MORE PLEASE Darrin sales manager, which he shouldn't be because they are only there to be nice and polite until you sign, but if you ever find a deal better than theirs, you are nothing to them, and I mean nothing. PLEASE take the time to read this, and they can say all they want about me and how I was, but if you want feel free to contact me, I bought a Subaru WRX 2015 at another Subaru dealer, the next day when I left Manchester subaru. Best place to go is Prime Subaru in Hudson NH, and talk to Tom at sales, professional, no xx, run numbers to exactly where you want it if it can be done. No hassle, no stress unlike Subaru Manchester, because they advertise NO HASSLE NO STRESS, AND ITS ALL ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS, total lie. I reported them to the BBB Better business bureau as well. The only person with respect and understanding is Steve Silva, sorry Steve I didn't get to buy a car from you which I wanted to, but it wasn't your fault what so ever. Keep selling, high respect for you as a salesman and person, but for Darrin, and owner. You should be ashamed of your self. Of course you be #1 in sales its common sense, if you have the most cars on the lot, obviously people want the car and they will go and get it there. However, Id rather wait and tell people to wait and highly recommend people to go elsewhere and wait up to 12 weeks for a car rather than give you a sale. THIS CONNECTICUT GIRL WILL BUY HER CARS HERE FROM NOW ON! I live in Connecticut – but I will forever buy my cars from Manchester Subaru in New Hampshire. On November 15, my local dealer (1.4 convenient mil I live in Connecticut – but I will forever buy my cars from Manchester Subaru in New Hampshire. On November 15, my local dealer (1.4 convenient miles from my home) took a deposit for the vehicle I wanted and promised to locate one for me. After three weeks, when I still hadn’t heard a thing from them, I inquired. The response: “Good news! A shipment is due to arrive to port around Christmas. You’ll have yourself a nice Christmas present!” Shipment? They never mentioned having to await a shipment from overseas. They had only told me that they would be working hard to locate a vehicle. If this had changed, nobody communicated that to me. Had I known I’d have to wait this long, I would never have agree to buy from them; my former vehicle was on its last legs when I’d put down the deposit and it had since died. I was currently bumming rides to and from work: not cool when you’re a 42-year-old professional. After hearing my story, an old college friend from my University of New Hampshire days gave my information to Jack Berkowitz of Manchester Subaru. Jack contacted me immediately, took my information, made some calls, and within 24 hours had located my car of choice at a dealer in Massachusetts. When I called my local dealer to cancel my order, they called me back a couple hours later saying: “Good news! We’ve located the car you wanted. It’s in Massachusetts. Let us know if you want us to secure it.” This, as it turns out, was the same exact car that Manchester Subaru had already secured for me – the one last white, manual shift 2014 CrossTrek in New England. Clearly, my local dealer hadn’t even tried prior to this. As a single, non-business-minded woman who had previously purchased three cars, I’d long dreaded the experience—and with good reason. I’ve been treated with blatant condescension; been given the run-around time and again; and have been on the receiving end of sugar-coated truth spinning: disheartening to say the least. I’m not good at countering these tactics; I just want to buy a car when I need to buy a car. I had no idea the car-buying experience could be anything different until this time around. Jack was the consummate professional – respectful, honest, straightforward, and got the job done fast. He did everything he said he would, when he said he’d do it. Four days after I spoke to him for the first time, I was in the dealership signing the paperwork with my new car gleaming white in the parking lot just outside the window. Jack even took the time to explain the particulars of the car workings to me (nobody had ever done that for me before) AND he connected the Bluetooth—a gadget entirely foreign to me. Um, WOW??? It was an absolute pleasure (and relief) to work with Jack at Manchester Subaru and I will drive up to New Hampshire again in a heartbeat for future business. BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Uncommon Experience - Found me an impossible to find car! I was looking for a 2015 outback with EyeSight and was told by my local dealer that the wait would be 3 months. Not wanting to wait that long, I cond I was looking for a 2015 outback with EyeSight and was told by my local dealer that the wait would be 3 months. Not wanting to wait that long, I conducted a search for "largest Subaru dealers." Manchester Subaru came up. Although it was over 3 hours away, I was intrigued by the ad which said that they offer FREE delivery anywhere in New England. Todd, the owner answered the phone and I explained my frustration with a 3 month wait for the car I wanted. A few hours later, he called me back and had located the only car in country with EyeSight... and it was available. He arranged the deal from another dealer, and drove the car to my home the next day. Gary Smith communicated with me through the entire process and ensured that I was kept abreast of the ETA, etc. I could not have asked for a better experience. Oh, and they matched the price that I obtained for the ordered vehicle. Although the car I wanted was highly desirable, Todd made sure I was happy and personally called me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied. This is uncommon customer service, and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone, anywhere in New England! More
Treated me like Family I had been shopping for a car for quite sometime. That's important to me because most car dealerships just want your money and want you to get out as fast as you came in. I came in with my mother and the interaction I had with Steve was first class, hands down. I didn't feel like i was talking to a car sales man, I felt like i was talking to a family member. We test drove two vehicles in which I gained interest in. Steve showed me all the bells and whistles and how everything worked. He made my car buying experience enjoyable. I spent a lot of time at that dealership and i got the deal that i will never forget. Not only did I get the car of my dreams, I'd like to think i gained a new friend in Steve as well as in Tony.
