Subaru lease renew This is the second time that I have worked with Gary. He is a straight forward, “to the point” sales rep. When I came in to renew my lease contract, h This is the second time that I have worked with Gary. He is a straight forward, “to the point” sales rep. When I came in to renew my lease contract, he seemed in a hurry to complete his sale and get me out of there. Which is a good thing and all, but the overall process was slow and he hung over me during the paperwork process making me feel slightly insecure. I also didn’t feel like he took me seriously until my father showed up to co-sign my lease agreement. With that said, Gary is definitely a hard worker and that he takes seriously. He also ensured that I was in a safe, reliable car that I wanted and went the extra mile to get me the remote starter I asked for. Overall my experience was good, but I personally prefer a more warmer welcome. More

Prime Subaru service center Went in for service for some recalled parts on my car. Josh was friendly and helpful. They did a safety check on my car for free which I thought was n Went in for service for some recalled parts on my car. Josh was friendly and helpful. They did a safety check on my car for free which I thought was nice of them. Waiting time was reasonable. If you schedule online the waiting time might be more than what it says online so better to drop your car off than wait for it depending on what work you're having done. But still I was able to drop it off about 10 and it was ready by 1:30 so really not super long. Overall I would recommend them to others. More
