Good afternoon Ira: We certainly appreciate the feedback, however, your experience at the dealership is unfounded. All vehicles are automatically listed once they are traded or purchased. We set aside the vehicles that are not state inspected to protect the customer. The vehicles that you viewed that day were going to auction. We only sell vehicles that are state inspected and roadworthy. I am sure you would agree that putting a relative in an unsafe vehicle would not be a good idea. Todd Berkowitz, Owner

Hello Tim. We apologize for any misunderstanding about our Oil Change Program. At the time of delivery, we went over the details of the program both verbally and in writing, which you signed acknowledging the requirements of the program. As stated in the agreement, the Oil Change Program remains in effect so long as the C and D services are performed at Manchester Subaru. Hi Todd, thanks for responding to my post, but you did not actually address the issue. I wanted to see a copy of the program. I had performed all previous C and D services and was there for my oil change. I was told that was not the case, but the man working in your service could not/refused to show me any documentation on the program. All I wanted was to see a copy of this plan that I was following. Can you provide that for me?

We are very sorry for the pricing discrepancy. When the price of the 30k mile service was adjusted, the information did not get to our outside webmaster in a timely manner. According to my notes, we DID reach out to you to let you know that we would honor the published $469 price on the website, but we never heard back from you. Our 30k price was adjusted to meet rising costs and is totally in line with our Subaru competitors. As far as the inspection items, Subaru is very specific about what items are included in the comprehensive 30k service - including door hinges, hood latches, wiper blades, etc! There is nothing extra and no "overpriced additives" beyond what is on Subaru's required inspection list. Again, I am very sorry for the price discrepancy.
