Good service but long waits I've always gotten good service there, and the people who work there are always really really nice. Prime purchased the service center :-( When I special ordered my car I choose this dealership for many reasons but one perk was that I could get free inspections for the life of my car. When I special ordered my car I choose this dealership for many reasons but one perk was that I could get free inspections for the life of my car. Now that this company "prime" has purchased the service center they have informed me that they will no longer honor that agreement. Prime has also turned the dealership into a factory with no showroom cars only cubicles where the indoor showcars were before. To be fair the inspection went fine and they did honor the deal "one last time" but it still doesn't seem right. So be careful and make sure you get any deal like that in writing and keep the paperwork. More

I was able to get my 24k service done in a flash while I relaxed in their cozy customer lounge. Not everything was perfect for me, because not everyone likes the same environment. Personally I would have had the A/C maxed, but it wasn't hot, I'd say it was "comfortable for most." In summary, I had a Subaru certified technician perform the maintenance I requested in a reasonable time for a great price. More
