A soft upsell, not aggressive I bought my car here and have periodically brought it back for one thing or another. As with any dealership, high prices and upsells are to be expecte I bought my car here and have periodically brought it back for one thing or another. They've never been aggressive about it, and never seem the least bit upset when they show me a problem only for me to bring it elsewhere to have it fixed. The wait times can be long, although I waited less today with no appointment than I have before with one. The important thing is they know Subarus, and can get the right parts and service, for a price. More
