They've never been aggressive about it, and never seem the least bit upset when they show me a problem only for me to bring it elsewhere to have it fixed. The wait times can be long, although I waited less today with no appointment than I have before with one. The important thing is they know Subarus, and can get the right parts and service, for a price. More
