He stated he would call when parts came in. He never called me, I called him and confirmed I could drop of my vehicle. I used the early bird drop off and the. Received a call asking me why my car was there because they didn’t see anything about my car in the Computer. He was nice said it would be all set. Then on the day to pick it up, It took be nearly 3 hours to confirm my vehicle was ready for pick up. I called with no success four times, then used online chat who said someone would call or email ASAP, an hour later nothing happened so I had to call again. Way too much work. More

Terrible First Impression I was met with poor communication, lack of urgency, and carelessness through out my entire first encounter with Prime Subaru Manchester. I received ze I was met with poor communication, lack of urgency, and carelessness through out my entire first encounter with Prime Subaru Manchester. I received zero communication that the loaner car was going to be 5days late, the staff was unable to give me a reasonable estimate on when my car would be ready for pick up and again received zero communication when it was kept for nearly two weeks longer that originally estimated. During the 22 day span my car was here for warrante work I called twice to notify staff I would be coming by to retrieve items from the car and both times I was told that the staff were “not sure where on the lot it’s located” and I was sent to search the lot myself. When I did finally find my car, it was found *UNLOCKED* with all of my personal belongings visible but shoved into my trunk(un covered) with back seats down and engine parts covering my entire back seat. I immediately complained about the state of my car and when I returned days later to retrieve more items from the car it was found STILL UNLOCKED. When I picked up the car they didn’t even bother to put the seats back up or remove the engine blanket from my car, it was covered in cob webs from sitting and one bar of three week old gas in it. This was the most frustrating and uninformed service encounter of my entire life, coming from another customer service professional, I am appalled at the carelessness my car was treated with. More

Excelllent Car buying experience I contacted Prime Subaru via the USAA app looking for a price on a Subaru Impreza. I contacted the store on Sunday. The following Monday morning, th I contacted Prime Subaru via the USAA app looking for a price on a Subaru Impreza. I contacted the store on Sunday. The following Monday morning, the sales person who responded, Ronald Jeudy, provided me a price that was extremely fair and competitive. they offered to do everything over the phone and even drop the vehicle off to me if I was local, but I am not, so I informed him that it would be the following Saturday before I could come down due to distance and work schedule. Ronald contacted me once near the end of the week just to confirm I was still interested and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. When I arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met with Mr. Jeudy and he showed us the car immediately and had it all ready to go for a test drive. We took it for the test drive (I had already test driven the same exact make and model at another dealership closer to home) and moved forward with the purchasing process. The purchase process went very smoothly. They provided the same exact price as we had initially discussed, they did not pressure us to buy a lot of extras, they took no for an answer and left it at that, and even provided very competitive financing rates. I was very pleased with the car buying experience here and could not have asked for it to go more smoothly. I would recommend Prime Subaru and Ronald Jeudy to anyone wanting a Subaru and an excellent car buying experience. More
