Prime purchased the service center :-( When I special ordered my car I choose this dealership for many reasons but one perk was that I could get free inspections for the life of my car. Now that this company "prime" has purchased the service center they have informed me that they will no longer honor that agreement. Prime has also turned the dealership into a factory with no showroom cars only cubicles where the indoor showcars were before. To be fair the inspection went fine and they did honor the deal "one last time" but it still doesn't seem right. So be careful and make sure you get any deal like that in writing and keep the paperwork. More

Personally I would have had the A/C maxed, but it wasn't hot, I'd say it was "comfortable for most." In summary, I had a Subaru certified technician perform the maintenance I requested in a reasonable time for a great price. More

I will say that I was disappointed to be sitting waiting for my car and to hear a staff member at the service desk interact rudely with an older gentleman who provides the shuttle service for Prime. It was unprofessional, and the staff continued to discuss the interaction after the older gentleman had excused himself. I hope in the future the staff will handle themselves in a more professional, respectful manner, especially in front of customers. More
