Prime Subaru service center Went in for service for some recalled parts on my car. Josh was friendly and helpful. They did a safety check on my car for free which I thought was nice of them. Waiting time was reasonable. If you schedule online the waiting time might be more than what it says online so better to drop your car off than wait for it depending on what work you're having done. But still I was able to drop it off about 10 and it was ready by 1:30 so really not super long. Overall I would recommend them to others. More

Good service but long waits I've always gotten good service there, and the people who work there are always really really nice. And of course the cost of services is practically double what it would be going to a local mechanic. More

The negotiation process was not nearly as stressful as some that I have been a part of, and the end result and financing portion was so simple, few signatures, no hassle on add one, just a yes or no and move on. Everyone was excellent to work with. Definitely plan on buying future Subaru’s here! More
