Subaru sent a card stating that the car's airbag was dangerous and would be repaired at no charge. This actually happened. During my 2 hour wait, Joshua was extremely pleasant. The waiting room had a comfortable couch, and they had green tea. This made the the wait quite relaxing. The gentleman servicing the ladies room was extremely accommodating. He insisted on my using the sink to wash my hands before finishing what he was working on. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More

When it came down to the price she and Steve worked with me on something that I was comfortable with and accommodated my requests.
