Full explanation of fees was given early and was honest: no last minute surprises or up selling on trim or installed features. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dealers, from unwillingness to quote prices over the email, bait and switch tactics, last minute extra service scams. These guys seem to be fair and so far have been nice to work with. There will be some offers of extended warranty and service contracts if you get dealer financing. Decide for yourself whether it’s worth it to you. It isn’t a hard push if you decline. One of the better car buying experiences I’ve had. More
