I took my test drive myself, I liked that!! Their adds say they will get you in and out fast, they did! My salesman did nothing to sell me this car, I was pushed to take it today (Friday). Finally agreed say they will get you in and out fast, they did! My salesman did nothing to sell me this car, I was pushed to take it today (Friday). Finally agreed to Sunday. I have a very busy schedule and had to move alot of things around to make Sunday work. Sunday I get a call that the recon and mechanic teams are not in due to the weather (it was really rainy) and Mon would be better to pick up the car. They wanted to clean it and do an oil change before I took it. Great! Why wasn't that done Saturday if you knew the teams would not be in??🤨 Fine! When I talked to my salesman on Sunday I also told him I wanted to get the Massachusetts protect and serve plates, not a problem it will cost $30 more and I will still be able to take the car Monday. Not true! Finance officer told me the runner would have to get the plates first, makes sense but that is not what your salesman said less than 24hrs ago. He also told me I would be leaving with a check for the sales tax, also not true. Since I'm an out of state buyer they runner has to do it to make sure it get registered and that's is free to me. I still wanted to do it myself so I can make sure it gets done. Finance officer asks who my insurance broker is I give him the name and asked if he wanted the address and phone number. Nope I can get all that. I have it right here including my policy number. He insisted that he didn't need it. I take my car home and look around and realized the car was not cleaned! There was dust in the doors and dashboard, there was remnants of a spill on the passenger side door and hand prints on the ceiling. It was vacuumed and clear. There was also bird poop on the car🤦. Anyway I was told the runner would take care of the registration on Tuesday. Tuesday, nothing. Wednesday I hear nothing, Thursday my agent says she hasn't heard from them. I call the dealership and leave messages. My salesman texted me saying yesterday (Wednesday a day after this was supposed to be done) that the runner tried calling me that there was an issue with my insurance. Remember when I said the finance officer didn't want the address and number, that's the issue. My insurance is fine. This was a matter of someone not getting the proper information. Salesman assured me that the runner would call me back, he never did. Friday new runner! Calls and leaves a message saying he is on the road and has my registration he can drop it off at my house, fantastic!! I work 3rd shift so I was sleeping when he called. I called him back and he informed me that he was already home but the office has my registration and it will have been over nighted to me. Great!!! I never see it Saturday. Monday I call AGAIN and I get a finance officer who tells me he will get my salesman on it and have him call me back. Right away I get a call back from the FO saying he has my registration and he has had them overnight it. The reason which he said was not an excuse that it didn't get to me was it was given to my salesman and he and his fiance have been building a house for the last 6 months and they are moving into it right now. Ma'am I know it's not an excuse but this is the reason he may have been unfocused and this slipped through the cracks.😠 This is unacceptable!!! He was very much aware that I didn't have it and that I was panicking and upset. He couldn't be bothered to walk the paperwork to the proper person to mail it!! I'm sure if I get pulled over that an acceptable excuse for not having my registration 8 days later is because Steve was focused on setting up his coffee maker!!😠😠😠😠 It was overnighted AGAIN and finally showed up Wednesday night which is 2 days later!! The right thing to do would have been to have someone drive that registration to me right then. I could have driven up the 40 mins to pick it up but I was so mad that I didn't think it was wise. Besides I didn't drop the ball they did several times!! There has been no consideration for my time and piece of mind, I was miss informed by my salesmen, the reason the runner didn't get this done the next day like I was told by the FO is because they got tied up, fine tell people that so they are not thinking its just not getting done. Yes I'm fully aware that salesman don't know much about finance side, train them to answer the questions guests have correctly. I didn't feel like a guest I felt like a number. Yeah they get you in and out fast but I realized that it looks like they only do it to get your money they don't really care about you. I'm happy for my salesman on the new house, congratulations. But his personal life shouldn't affect my major purchase. If I didn't do my job fully my boss would be questioning me about it. I will not be recommending anyone to purchase a vehicle here. I got an ok deal but it really hasn't been worth the headache and panic I have had for a week and a half. My salesman isn't on your list to rate him but it would be 1⭐ I never saw a manager or service. And I don't remember my finance officers name. More

Salesman was fantastically helpful. He helped us understand the many features in the car ... many of which we had never experienced before. Finance made us wait an hour and that was no fun. But they were quick and very helpful once they got to us. Facilities suggestions: 1. Handicap bars in toilets cause old people had disabilities and such. 2. Handrail on stairs to back lot cause old people have bad balance and handrails make them feel secure. I am old in both these ways. Overall very good experience. More

The work was done quickly, quicker than I thought. The waiting room is such a lovely place, offering breakfast bagels and cream cheese , Snacks and hot beverages, as well as water. The couch was so comfortable I could’ve slept on it. There were lots of magazines and the TV was on, so I did not get bored. Kudos! More
