The negotiation process was not a good one. The offers at the dealership did not correlate to the specials offered on line. At the request of the dealership a deposit needed to be made in order to secure at the dealership did not correlate to the specials offered on line. At the request of the dealership a deposit needed to be made in order to secure the vehicle from another dealership. There were many delays and lack of communication, after I made a deposit. The dealership had my deposit, without an urgency to deliver vehicle, prompting me to request a time line for a refund. After that request, Alex worked very hard on my behalf to secure a vehicle.
