Seems to be changing for the better I have had a relationship with this dealership for many, many years. I can say that after some extreme lows in the past, they appear to be working to I have had a relationship with this dealership for many, many years. I can say that after some extreme lows in the past, they appear to be working to make this a better place. This last visit I needed service, and they were very thorough and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured to get extra service work done, as they used to do. They got my car done in a timely fashion, and best of all, no one was rude and condescending, as some were in the past. Timothy was very respectful and professional. I will say that it is a bit more expensive getting my car serviced there. But I am willing to pay the price for quality service and being treated with respect. More

Georgina Young, my salesperson, was great! Georgina was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. She explained the features of the car I wanted and she listened. Her patience was incredible in-spite of my speech impediment—I had a stroke a number of years ago and my speech is still not good. The experience with Georgina was easy and effective with all parties concerned. Negative Note: I wanted to see the colors of my model on the cars, not on the chart or internet, but the dealership has limited new cars with the spectrum of the new colors. I appreciated the coffee, but the coffee station was pretty dirty. More
