Brought in Subaru Legacy for oil and filter. Had a puncture in rear tire. Could not be repaired so Scott Sturtevant gave several options for tires. Replaced all 4 tires with a set of Yokohamas which puncture in rear tire. Could not be repaired so Scott Sturtevant gave several options for tires. We had a dead battery the day before leaving for a two week vacation. Had the car towed to Subaru. My dealings w service dept were on the phone. Excellent response time. Steve Willis, Robb, and Christavo were all AMAZING! This was by far the easiest time I’ve ever had buying a car and I would recommend this dealership and these three guys to anyone. After a long wait to get my car Delivered to my home and unexplained extended warranty i got with my car right now i am trying to call them to see what is going on with my refunded check for the gap insuran unexplained extended warranty i got with my car right now i am trying to call them to see what is going on with my refunded check for the gap insurance nobody is responding! Terrible customer service when they respond they said you have to wait an other 2 months to get my money till today it has been 3 months since i cancelled my insurance i didn't receive my money yet. The 5 stars reviews related to people who didn't have anything beside traking thier cars and go but if you have anything else as after sale service you will struggle for sure. More

We took our 2020 Outback in for its first service and were disappointed to learn, it was not complementary as it was with at another dealership four our past two Subarus. In addition, Prime did not provi were disappointed to learn, it was not complementary as it was with at another dealership four our past two Subarus. In addition, Prime did not provide a complementary car wash even though the sun was out and temps were over 40. I waited at the dealership in their (barren) service area. I had brought my laptop to do some work and was in the middle of something when the service advisor said they were finished. He politely told me to take my time and directed me to the cashier whenever I was ready. So, I did - I finished what I was doing. What he didn’t tell me was that they had left my car running on the parking lot! The service advisor didn’t tell me that was the case nor did he offer to turn it off. I’m not the biggest conservationist, but that wasn’t cool. We won’t be going back. Subaru must have a better offering in the area. More
