Owes me $2900!! 6 months later TL;DR Bought my first car here, they owe me $2900 and didnt send it 6 months later. Also let me drive off the lot with my car w/o insurance, licens TL;DR Bought my first car here, they owe me $2900 and didnt send it 6 months later. Also let me drive off the lot with my car w/o insurance, license plate, or title. So, I bought my car here at the end of September 2019 as my first car purchase. I worked with the sales manager Steve, and finance manager Matt. I went in knowing which car I wanted and how much I would pay, it went fairly well and paperwork seemed to be done quickly. But, I didn't realize they seemed to be rushing me out. Once I got home and went to get car insurance the insurance guy needed paperwork I was never given and informed me the dealership legally isn't allowed to let me drive away without insurance or a license plate in MA. So I asked for the paperwork and Steve said he fast shipped it to me, but a few days later I didn't get it and asked again but all calls were ignored. So after 6 days I went into the dealership and the paperwork was sitting on his desk, which I needed to register and insure my car. That day Oct 2nd 2019 I also cancelled a $2900 service agreement which they didn't pay to anyway but I took out on my loan. Now its April 6, 2020, and after many failed attempts at calling/emailing and a few successful in person talks I still don't have the money they keep promising to send (to my lien holder but they never received it, and neither has the service company). When I went in Feb 13th 2020, Matt told me a lot of people haven't received their refunds so I'm sure many people are being screwed over waiting for their money. So I would never buy a car here, it may seem easy at first but fighting for the paperwork and refunds takes so much more work than it should. There's also so much more I don't have space to write out. More
