Had my car inspected and unfortunately it failed because my car needed new front and rear breaks. Without a doubt Carlos Perez has don't a counter turn on my perspective of the "sales" people trying to get over on you! This guy has an awesome attitude and personality and is literally willing to go above my perspective of the "sales" people trying to get over on you! This guy has an awesome attitude and personality and is literally willing to go above and beyond for any random person. I'm actually trying to get out of a bad loan on my car which most people are right now with covid-19 especially. He was willing to go out of his way even off hours and is trying.... to find my solution. That right there is more then enough for anyone right now especially. I go there even for parts and is an awesome experience then your typical parts store. Love this place no matter what! thanks again Carlos Perez! More

If you're a female and or crack under pressure walk away. I NEVER in my life was this pressured into making a deal on a car. I get it, it's their job to sell cars but if I had a dollar for every time "Do we h I NEVER in my life was this pressured into making a deal on a car. I get it, it's their job to sell cars but if I had a dollar for every time "Do we have a deal", "Let's make a deal" "Would we have a deal" etc., basically any sentence with the word 'deal' in it, I'd be able to buy a car from them in cash. I was asked to put down a deposit before it even went through the shop. No thank you, never asked that before. It was brought up from another Prime location. THAT prime location should have looked at it. The car's tires had dry rot. THAT would not pass inspection in MA or NH. I then wanted to drive it after it was taken care of to see if the car would be a good fit, but no, I had to make a deal first. Come on people. Stop trying to shove a $$$ deal down my throat if the car isn't good enough. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I am stupid. Additionally, the transmission kept bucking so that's something they didn't mention in their 'inspection', just the tires that I brought up. Ladies, either bring a man with you so they don't disrespect you or go somewhere else. You'd be better off. More

Refused to return calls or emails for refund owed It is frustrating that I find myself going this route, but after almost a year, I have been unable to get Prime Subaru's Finance Department to return It is frustrating that I find myself going this route, but after almost a year, I have been unable to get Prime Subaru's Finance Department to return my calls or e-mails. In May 2018, I purchased a 2015 Forester. The car has been fine--no issues. However, after a year, I decided to cancel the "Prime Protection" warranty coverage with AutoBodyGuard (it cost $1195 at purchase and I decided I didn't need it). They informed me via letter last July that I would be entitled to a pro-rated refund. No problem. However, they would send the check to the dealership and in-turn, they would process the refund directly onto the loan. Also, not a problem. After attempting multiple times between July and November, I finally received an answer from someone named "Josh" who said the refund should be ~$700 or 800. No problem. I attempted to follow up several times again over the next month; finally in January (shortly after Christmas) I physically went to the dealership with my refund letter and asked them to process the refund. Still...no action. Bear in mind, I now live in Colorado so returning to the dealership multiple times to ask for action on this refund isn't practical. Since January, I have sent multiple e-mails to the dealership asking for a status on my refund. All I ask is that the dealership return my call and process my pro-rated refund according to the letter from AutoBodyGuard. What was originally a good buying experience has left me very frustrated and disappointed. Hopefully they will see this note and return contact. More
