Just had my car in for quick service (oil change and tire rotation). I also asked to have a leaky tire repaired. I specifically told the advisor (Phillip N) there was a slow leak from a recently applied plug rotation). I also asked to have a leaky tire repaired. I specifically told the advisor (Phillip N) there was a slow leak from a recently applied plug and I would like a more permanent repair done. Instead of pulling the tire and actually fixing the problem as requested, the tech sprayed a little soap, didn’t see a leak, and declared there is no problem. Clearly the advisor failed to tell the tech that not only was there currently a plug but that I wanted a repair. I didn’t request a diagnosis, I wanted a repair for a specifically identified problem. The repair was just disregarded since the quick spray with soap didn’t show anything. Now I have to make a new appointment to have the tire repaired. Extremely disappointed with the poor service today. More
