I had stopped using dealers for service needs on my Subaru until an extended warranty took me to Ira Subaru in Manchester. They have helped me keep my car safe and affordable. They do not up-sell and all communication is clear and friendly. While waiting for my car I talked with Steve and Robert over on the sales side. Again, lots of useful info, respectful approach. They are eager to sell their product, but not overly-aggressive in the manner of many sales folks elsewhere. The predominant strength here is that the people in service and sales LISTEN to the customer, and respond accordingly. They do not seem to rely on cookie-cutter pitches. A very well-run place and a sparkling clean facility. More

Ira Subaru of Manchester is steering customers they did it to me . They are upset that I would not let them perform a $600 service when I declined they said they would stop giving me free oil changes.. I h it to me .
