The negotiation process was not a good one. The offers at the dealership did not correlate to the specials offered on line. At the request of the dealership a deposit needed to be made in order to secure at the dealership did not correlate to the specials offered on line. The dealership had my deposit, without an urgency to deliver vehicle, prompting me to request a time line for a refund. After that request, Alex worked very hard on my behalf to secure a vehicle.
