We took our 2020 Outback in for its first service and were disappointed to learn, it was not complementary as it was with at another dealership four our past two Subarus. In addition, Prime did not provide a complementary car wash even though the sun was out and temps were over 40. I waited at the dealership in their (barren) service area. I had brought my laptop to do some work and was in the middle of something when the service advisor said they were finished. He politely told me to take my time and directed me to the cashier whenever I was ready. So, I did - I finished what I was doing. What he didn’t tell me was that they had left my car running on the parking lot! The service advisor didn’t tell me that was the case nor did he offer to turn it off. I’m not the biggest conservationist, but that wasn’t cool. We won’t be going back. Subaru must have a better offering in the area. More
