I always go there when it was still prime subaru, but for the second time i went there for change oil and tire rotation since ira took over the dealership, the service is not the same. the first time i visit the second time i went there for change oil and tire rotation since ira took over the dealership, the service is not the same. the first time i visit for a change oil and tire rotation, i double checked the torque of lug nuts the following day after driving my outback for 100 miles, the torque was way too high for the recommended torque, the second time i visited few days ago, the mechanic just move the tire from front to rear not crisscrossing, i knew it because i marked my tires before i went there.the service advisors are all good i think, but if you refuse some recommended repairs, some mechanics do something not very good to your vehicle. More

The application process felt like it took a while, but that's just how these big purchases go. Then we dealt with the finance guy, who was charismatic and not pushy. Explained my incentive options and was transparent about pricing changes that came with it. While going through the finance steps, they were actively getting my car detailed and ready to drive off.
