I had an unexpected and welcome experience with all of the staff here. Salesman Jack was always no-pressure and no nonsense. Finance guy Rich was fun, intelligent and never tried to F*** me over as so many car finance people do. (One of my degrees is finance, so a pet peeve). I received an appropriate no hassle deal, the car was beautifully detailed, Jack customized all the media for me, and they filed the gas tank. I bought my car here new 15 months ago. Now at 36000 miles and have taken it in for every recommended service interval. I presented for my 36k service last week. The very professional tech comes out and tells me in the process they “fried the ECM”, have none in the country, and will send me with a loaner until able to replace. Just 8 days later I am back in my car. It was not an 8 days that didn’t come without inconvenience. For that inconvenience, I was given 10% off the service, worth around $14. I could have received the same discount showing a coupon on my phone app. They didn’t even wash my car, which would have been a gesture. I have been driving out of my way to get this car serviced by the dealer I purchased from even though I work 1 mile from a competing Subaru dealer. I am a loyal consumer, even when not convenient, but above all else, I value customer service. I left today feeling disappointed and questioning where I’ll go for my next service in 6k miles, not to mention purchasing my next Subaru. More
