Michael in the service department went above and beyond. I made a mistake and showed up for my appointment a week ahead of time. I know every time I go to this dealership, the people will be friendly and professional, the service to my vehicle will be done right, and while they will point out anything else that needs to be done th will be friendly and professional, the service to my vehicle will be done right, and while they will point out anything else that needs to be done there won't be any attempts to upsell - they're always careful to explain what the car might need and honestly tell me if it's urgent or if it's just something to keep an eye on.
