Hello Preeti. Thank you for the feedback and I was able to pull up both of your recorded phone calls. The 1st one you spoke with Sam and then the 2nd one you spoke with Michael. When I listened to you call I did notice that you were asking us to beat a really low offer an a new Forester Hybrid and Sam explained that we could not go that low and if you had that price you should purchase it from that dealer. At that point it appeared you ended the call with Sam. You then called back and spoke with one of the managers, Michael, and only asked him for a price quote, which he provided you. You thanked him and ended the call again. I did not hear at any point a bad attitude or an improper level of service on the call.
