You are making an accusation that a mechanic would intentionally perform something that is not good to your vehicle and jeopardize your safety is not appreciated. Just so you are aware we operate our business with our core values of Integrity, Transparency, Teamwork, Professionalism and with Respect to everyone we interact with. You will actually see the mechanics wearing their sweatshirts with these core values printed on them and each one of them take pride in it. If you did mark the tires and check the torque of the lug nuts on your own, then why didn’t you call us or come in to address it with a manager or myself? Why didn’t you address the tire rotation issue before you paid for the service and when you looked at the tires before you left? As you can see I do not take this lightly and if it’s actually then I would like to address it with you and the employees.
