Rude, Rude, Rude! Anyways I had called to inquiry about what to do as I was not familiar with what needed to be done. I was set up with a girl Nicki whom I was told was the lease end turn in manager. She sounded really rude on the phone, like I was bothering her with my question and trying to schedule a day to drop off my lease. I figured maybe she was having a bad day like us women sometimes do so I didn't make a big deal of it because I just wanted to schedule a turn in. On the day of my scheduled turn in I walked into the showroom, and was greeted by who I am guessing was a salesman and asked if I needed help. I told him what my purpose was at the dealership and he then pointed to the receptionist area. I could tell once he figured out I was not there to buy a car he wanted absolutely nothing to do with me and brushed me off. I then go to the receptionist ask for Nicki and I'm told to have a seat as it will be a while. I'm wondering how this is possible as I've made an appointment, but I do as I'm told and wait patiently in the front seating area. I'm sitting for 30-40 mins until I can't take the waiting game anymore, and again ask the receptionist who is too busy on her cell phone instead of addressing customers to notice I'm still waiting for the infamous lease end manager. After I make her aware that I've been waiting for a while, Nicki finally emerges. Without even saying hello, or an apologizing for the wait she says: "where's your car? And your registration?" I was baffled by this extremely rude and arrogant girl. After all she was the one who made me wait, and if anyone should have had an attitude it should have been me, not her! To make a long story short something is clearly broken at this dealership, as a woman who runs and manages her own business. The people at this dealership seem too entitled and arrogant to see their own feet, you would think the floors were made of gold. Whoever is the owner of this dealership, this place needs a severe reality check of all its employees. The customer is not a hinderence to your daily work, we are the reason you have work to begin with. The only good experience I will say I had, was with whom I'm guessing was a new employee on the job. A nice young man who was commanded to remove my plates for me was the only staff member who had any customer service skills. In close, avoid this dealership until the staff gets an overhaul. More
Place is a joke! So we have to go with the after market senser which I don't like to use. So I'm going back to Danvers Lexus dealer and explaining this to the parts department, the guy behind the counter he think I found this part "the senser" of the street. I'm very disappointed and not even to say they makes a mistake and apologize, not professional at all. No star at all if I able to do. More

Brendan was suggesting a repair of a hatchback, which was not urgent without pushing, or “dramatizing” the situation. However the repair of rear-breaks was explained to me in terms that were convincing. Overall, his handling of service is very good. Went to have a check engine light problem resolved. Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replace Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replaced at acost of $5600.00 because of exhaust leaks. Strange i could'nt hear any exhaust noise. It turns out that my vehicle had a ground problem that was the cause of the fault. I also discovered that when it comes to emission problems the IRA lexus is not an approved emmisions repair sevice center. Which makes me feel like I paid for a worthless diagnosis and the repair price was inflated in order to avoid fixing the real problem. More
