Went to have a check engine light problem resolved. Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replace Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replaced at acost of $5600.00 because of exhaust leaks. Strange i could'nt hear any exhaust noise. It turns out that my vehicle had a ground problem that was the cause of the fault. I also discovered that when it comes to emission problems the IRA lexus is not an approved emmisions repair sevice center. Which makes me feel like I paid for a worthless diagnosis and the repair price was inflated in order to avoid fixing the real problem. More
My duaghter's car had a oil leak that needed extensive time to fix. Thankfully, we had an extended warranty that covered the cost of all those hours of labor! I purchased a 2011 RX350. The salesman was good, and we left satisfied. The service at Ira Lexus, however, leaves much to be desired. My service manager didn't even bother to introduce himself to me; no one could find my car after the after market options were installed; I returned for an oil change and couldn't believe how the salespeople talk in front of customers waiting for their vehicles. Communication amongst the service team appears to be completely disorganized. I definitely expect a level of service commensurate with the vehicle, and this is not the case. Come on, Ira. A fish rots from the head down. Get it together. More
I usually do not write reviews but I felt that I had to after the exceptional service that I received from Teresa Mullen at Ira Lexus.(back in September) I was in the middle of one of the worst days that I after the exceptional service that I received from Teresa Mullen at Ira Lexus.(back in September) I was in the middle of one of the worst days that I had ever had and the last thing I was looking forward to was bringing my Lexus GS in for service. As soon as I walked in the door I was met by Teresa and she could tell that I was having a bad day. She quickly brightened my outlook with her friendly greeting and things only got better from there. The only thing more impressive than her overall attitude was her outstanding knowledge of your product. I will admit that I consider myself a bit of an old-timer and was apprehensive about having a woman talk to me about servicing my car. Not only did Miss. Mullen answer every question that I had she got me on my way in a much shorter time than I expected. I was so impressed with her that I convinced two of my friends to buy from Ira Lexus. In this day and age of so many choices once I delt with Teresa Mullen the choice was simple. I will not bring my Lexus ANYWHERE else!!!!!! She is a true asset to Ira. More
Teresa Mullen is a very, very, very poor representation of the quality and excellence that I believe your dealership prides itself on. I have never had such an unpleasant experience getting my car serviced of the quality and excellence that I believe your dealership prides itself on. I have never had such an unpleasant experience getting my car serviced as I did in dealing with Teresa Mullen. She has the most unprofessional attitude I have ever dealt with at Ira. She was very sarcastic about answering questions and even quick tempered and impatient with some of my concerns about the work being done, I felt like I was getting royally ripped off and I have never experienced this treatment at anytime by any other employee, not my salesman, finance manager all top notch. I have been a customer for several years and I believe she is fairly new so in the future I will avoid her and insist on dealing with a more pleasant, knowledgeable employee. In speaking with friends who also patronize Ira Lexus I have heard the same concerns. Maybe a word from the management on how to treat a paying customer may be helpful. I will give your service department another try, but steer clear of Teresa. If all else fails I will be using Herb Chambers. More
I had a great experience at Ira lexus of Danvers. Brought my car in for repairs my mirrors were not working - they needed to order a new set of them.They called me when the new set was in gave me a loaner ca my car in for repairs my mirrors were not working - they needed to order a new set of them.They called me when the new set was in gave me a loaner car to use for the day.( no time off from work) it was great. Came back later that day my car was ready (washed & cleaned). The service person that check my car in was very courtious.My experience at Ira lexus (Danvers) from buying my car there along with service has been a very pleasant one. Thank you John Mullen More
