Ira Lexus has been my dealer for servicing on my Lexus Sedan LS for over 7 years. A member (often Tom) of their Lexus service dept immediately greets me upon my arrival, checks me in. Dennis also gree Sedan LS for over 7 years. A member (often Tom) of their Lexus service dept immediately greets me upon my arrival, checks me in. Dennis also greeted me today and offered me a loaner vehicle, which I did not utilize today. I chose instead to relax in their spacious and comfortable customer lounge, enjoying a bit of the refreshments provided. Dennis Pellegrino is who Ive most often worked with, and find him to be courteous and a consummate professional, keeping me fully apprised as to the status of my vehicle. if the service technician has recommendations for additional service or repairs for which my vehicle wasn’t scheduled for, Dennis explains the issues, my options, and costs for the work to be done. There is absolutely no pressure by Dennis and he respecfully allows me to make the decision for myself, based on the recommendation and information provided me by Dennis. Over these 7+ years as an IRA Lexus customer, Ive always felt that my patronage is valued & appreciated. Tom who receives customers, vehicles, as well as brings them to the front. Once service is completed, and Tom is always very friendly and accommodating. Dennis and Tom are an example of the outstanding staff at Lexus service department at Ira, and because of them and other staff members with the same work ethic, and outstanding customer service, are the reasons I will continue going back to Ira. IRA of Danvers is an outstanding dealership, who consistently provide efficient and courteous customer care, and top notch vehicle maintenance and repairs, without any hard sell techniques or pressure for up selling products and/or services. Left the car for a few items. Picked it up a couple were not shown as completed. Problem: I have already picked up car and now would have to return again to get these 2 items completed! Great dealership , don’t mind the occasional visit but route one traffic is tough !
