This is the 2nd visit where I was told multiple different issues were wrong with my car. End of June I brought my vehicle for a noise coming from the tires when I turn and I was told it was due to a hole in issues were wrong with my car. End of June I brought my vehicle for a noise coming from the tires when I turn and I was told it was due to a hole in the floor board so I paid to have a new one installed over $800. When I picked up the car I still heard the noise and brought it right back where I was then told the backing plate was bent causing the noise and Brendan went ahead and had it repaired at no cost due to the 1st technician being wrong but they charged 2 hours to diagnose it and still didn’t find the reason for the noise until I went back and had the lead mechanic test drive the car with me in it. I was told brakes were fine and at 10mm. Now this last visit I went in for an oil change and to replace all 4 tires and an alignment. I was told 2 had to be ordered which was no problem. My issue is when I received a call before they closed saying there was a lot more wrong with my car including a leaking radiator that needed to be replaced, a headlight for my hi beam, all 6 new spark plugs, my rear brakes are at 6mm but some how the front are still at 10mm and a driving belt needed to be replaced. All coming out to a total of $3900. How was my vehicle in there about 2 months ago and none of this was noticed but it his one visit somehow all of these issues pop up. I will not be going back again. They are not honest and see a female and try to take advantage. Also when I viewed the video some of the “issues” where not even mentioned but they ended up on the write up provided to me. More
