The service department knows how to do typical, traditional automotive service like oil changes, tune-ups, etc. but there is limited knowledge and capability to service the technology systems. We had to go to Corporate Lexus Tech Support regarding a problem with the Blind Spot Monitor in our car. They confirmed that it is a problem and sent us back to service for resolution. More
