Service I really enjoy all of the service staff when i go here with the service advisers etc. I notice with my current vehichle RX350 vs my prior LX570 the I really enjoy all of the service staff when i go here with the service advisers etc. I notice with my current vehichle RX350 vs my prior LX570 the do a horrible job at cleaning my vehicle. The vacuumed my car this time but they NEVER clean my dash boards or anything filthy very dissapointed. Tom Middleton and Brendon DeAngelis are very very pleasant to work with. More

Dependable Service I was relieved to be able to schedule service on a Holiday week. I even scheduled service using my phone. Once I arrived service agent was know I was relieved to be able to schedule service on a Holiday week. I even scheduled service using my phone. Once I arrived service agent was knowledgeable and efficient. I returned approximately 5 hours later and my car was not only ready but windows were clean inside and out, hand washed and wheel dressing applied. Can’t be more dependable than that! More

Adequate Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. I don’t know who is responsible for the following deficiencies that I have noted, certainly NOT David, my service adviser. My 2014 Lexus 300h needed a new gas cap as the old one was defective and causing the CEL to come on. The dealership had no part in stock and I had to return the next day for the new cap. The work took three minutes, the trip to and from the dealership took one hour. I think their parts inventory should be better. Several months previously I had a 5000 mile service performed. About 1500 miles after that the CEL came on. I returned to the dealership and learned that a software update was needed. That was done. Cost in money=$0, cost in time two and a half hours. I think Lexus/ dealership should have been aware that the update was due or coming and found a way to perform it or at least let me know it was coming so I needn’t be concerned when the CEL came on. The CEL, incidentally, is too vague and almost anything trips it. It always requires that I return to the dealership, often at an inconvenient time and always at a cost in my time. I’m sure that’s an engineering issue, not a dealership one, but it makes the product less reliable. More
