I took my 2022 RX 350 for the first 5K/6months service (which is a glorified tire rotation); I had an app, arrived at 10:30AM. I told the adviser that I just want my car back and that I will do the service somewhere else. No communication, poor customer experience. I will never take my car to this dealership for service. More
