Adequate Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. My 2014 Lexus 300h needed a new gas cap as the old one was defective and causing the CEL to come on. The dealership had no part in stock and I had to return the next day for the new cap. The work took three minutes, the trip to and from the dealership took one hour. I think their parts inventory should be better. Several months previously I had a 5000 mile service performed. About 1500 miles after that the CEL came on. I returned to the dealership and learned that a software update was needed. That was done. Cost in money=$0, cost in time two and a half hours. I think Lexus/ dealership should have been aware that the update was due or coming and found a way to perform it or at least let me know it was coming so I needn’t be concerned when the CEL came on. The CEL, incidentally, is too vague and almost anything trips it. It always requires that I return to the dealership, often at an inconvenient time and always at a cost in my time. I’m sure that’s an engineering issue, not a dealership one, but it makes the product less reliable. More
