We had all intentions of buying a car, if the deal meet our needs. But his attitude was disgusting from the start, I walked away to prevent causing a scene in the showroom while my other half was slightly nicer to this huge jerk!!! I guess we should thank him for being such a jerk since another dealership and better car was bought this weekend. Yup someone who actually cared for our business. PS- they replied to my post asking me to contact them with a generic response and to get more details, but no thank you!!! If your staff is that awful to start and you are not aware then shame on you, my time, money and business is better off with someone else! More

I will attest as other have here that it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had (9 dealer purchased cars). I am a no BS guy and wanted the same. What I got was pleasant experience with a friendly salesmen, as well as, Belo the business manager was straight forward, to the point, and excellent up to and including delivering the van here to Maine. I can say that when I need another vehicle Ira Lexus and Chuck will be my first place to look. More

We test drove the Lexus NX 200T back on Presidents day when we were out testing several vehicles. We were not ready to buy and Jimmy was very patient with me. We kept in touch over the course of two weeks where he answered every single question i had which was many. He was available through text message at all times. The dealership made me an offer so I decided to shop and was promised some things at a competing dealership that turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I went back to Jimmy and we had a deal done within an hour at the dealership. I also highly recommend Nigel who is one of the managers. Everyone was very nice and we will be returning.
