I spoke with Todd Irving over the phone to get some particulars on the vehicle my wife was looking to purchase, an IS 250AWD. Todd was professional and provided the information on a timely basis. When my wife and I got to the dealership, the car that Todd and I had discussed was waiting for my wife, right in front. By the way, when we got there, it was in the middle of a snow storm. The numbers that Todd and I had discussed over the phone, were the final numbers. There were no hidden fees at all..Everything was as Todd said it would be. My wife wanted to test drive the vehicle and Elliot Honig had taken both my wife and I on a test drive. Elliot was thoroughly knowledgable about this vehicle and he could not have been any nicer. I have purchased many cars in the past and I can honestly say, this was the BEST experience I have ever had regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. When my wife went up to pick up her new car, Todd & Elliot had pulled her new car into the showroom so they could go through a final walk through with her before she drove off. They were great. Todd & Elliot deserve a great deal of credit for a job WELL DONE!!! Both Todd & Elliot made this car purchase something both Betsy and I will never forget. Great job Todd & Elliot!!!! This was about a smooth purchase process I have experienced in the 5 new vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime. I communicated with Blanca initially through email. She quoted a price to me imm experienced in the 5 new vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime. I communicated with Blanca initially through email. She quoted a price to me immediately without any hassle of telling me I need to come in first. The quote was very competitive. When I asked what the total walk out cost including tax and licensing she again gave me an immediate answer. I did this with several other dealerships and I did visit 3 of them. This was the only dealer when I arrived did not change the number from what was quoted. Actually, it turned out to be 1 dollar more then originally quoted which I was okay with. I know with perhaps some dealing I may have saved a little with them or elsewhere but the price was below what I had budgeted for myself and their responses to all my requests were immediate which I cannot say of other dealerships who I found to be more vague and quite frankly, less honest. Mike Ackroyd was extremely friendly and more then willing to provide optimum customer service along with John Ponce who stayed true to the course of what had been discussed prior to my arrival. More

I test drove an ES and loved it but I was very nervous making the final decision on what make car I wanted to buy. I looked around at other car dealers,specifically Acura and Honda.But I decided to go ba making the final decision on what make car I wanted to buy. Then sales manager Danny Kaboub gave me a great price on a 2009 ES. There was no need on my part to make a counter-offer. He put me in my dream car. And I've been happy ever since. I love my car and I have no regrets or second thoughts about buying it. Nor do I have any regrets or second thoughts about buying my car at Ira Lexus in Danvers. It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and was pleasantly surprised at the energetic and friendly welcome I received at Ira Lexus in Danvers. I was given prompt, courteous attention and informative answers to my questions. What I really liked was a lack of sales pressure. When I indicated, at my first visit, that I wasn't ready to make a deal yet, that was the end of the discussion on that point. Cleiton Silva, my sales consultant, was respectful of the process going forward on my terms, and was always accessible by phone or email to answer questions or forward me requested materials. He was a pleasure to deal with. When, in the flurry of the sale, I forgot to include a cargo mat in the final configuration, he worked his "magic", several days later, to give me a well-below dealer cost for it. Dan Kaboub was equally polite and welcoming. He quoted me prices on two cars, very good prices, and without any follow-up pressure to buy. When I became convinced of the car I wanted, the deal was made very quickly and was more than fair. As can happen, I had a concern about an item price after the deal had been drawn up. Dan did not hesitate to rip it up and draw up a new agreement. His words were: "We want you to be happy with this deal, because we value adding you as our customer". They no doubt have the big picture in mind. All in all, my experience was first-rate. More

Arthur Kaplan is a true professional who knows his business and LISTENS to what the customer wants and needs. Second, it was the business environment I was exposed to from sales to service, pleasant and cooperative. Finally the price was extremely competitive for what I wanted in the car. well first i have to say that before going to this dealer i went to two other dealerships. i went to watertown and herb brefore going to IRA. well this all started over the phone with Kevin McDonald, i talke i went to two other dealerships. i went to watertown and herb brefore going to IRA. well this all started over the phone with Kevin McDonald, i talked to him for 2 day before going in the dealership. i told him everything that happen at lexus of watertown (worst place to go) and then i told him what i was looking for in a car and how much i was looking to pay for. he told me that what i said was very reasonable and it sounded do able. so i ended up going in a they told me the Kevin McDonald wasnt a sales person, and Stephanie Hoven could help. i was a little bummed but Stephanie Hoven was a great person to deal with, she didnt try to pressure us in buy anything else she asked us what we were looking for and i told her that ive already talked to Kevin, so she pulled up and the details that kevin left for a sales person. long story short, IRA lexus is the place to buy car and lexus of watertown is the worest because , IRA plays no trick and makes sure the costumer gets what he was looking for and they did that. we signed the papers that same day (11/2/05), and we were just thinking about going in a hopeing for a disappointment, but they proved me wrong. but i forget the manager was a great person to deal with . I had a great experience at Ira lexus of Danvers. Brought my car in for repairs my mirrors were not working - they needed to order a new set of them.They called me when the new set was in gave me a loaner ca my car in for repairs my mirrors were not working - they needed to order a new set of them.They called me when the new set was in gave me a loaner car to use for the day.( no time off from work) it was great. Came back later that day my car was ready (washed & cleaned). The service person that check my car in was very courtious.My experience at Ira lexus (Danvers) from buying my car there along with service has been a very pleasant one. Thank you John Mullen More
Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. Not many people like to. However at Ira Lexus of Danvers, they showed me that it's really not as bad as many people think - myself included. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and when I was with the employees, their focus was solely on me and how they could get me what I wanted. I had one employee go out of their way to check other areas to find the exterior and interior color that I liked. When I found that none of those were available, I had another employee actually bring other colored cars INTO the showroom so I could see different color schemes. He then continued to explain to me in depth how colors can really affect the look and feel of the car. I ended up with something I never thought I would see myself driving - a white exterior with a tan interior. I absolutely love it and wouldn't have chosen that if someone hadn't taken the time to work with me. In terms of price, I got one of the best deals around. The Finance Manager was willing to work with me and he did everything possible to get me just what I needed in my price range. Many times you think of Finance Managers pushing you to make a decision, but this man really did a wonderful job in letting me think everything through before making such a big commitment. He answered all of my questions very sincerely and his phrase was, "This is your decision. I just want you to be happy with your purchase." That made me feel really taken care of. The wonderful experience with Lexus didn't end when I picked up the car and drove off. I had someone call me to follow up on how I liked the car and to make sure I had made it home safely. To me, this says a lot about their customer service in that they stress the follow up piece of a sale, not just the actual deal. Overall, Ira Lexus of Danvers exceeded my expectations in customer service and I really don't think car buying is as bad as I once used to. I owe that to Ira Lexus of Danvers. Thank you! More
