We had all intentions of buying a car, if the deal meet our needs. But his attitude was disgusting from the start, I walked away to prevent causing a scene in the showroom while my other half was slightly nicer to this huge jerk!!! I guess we should thank him for being such a jerk since another dealership and better car was bought this weekend. Yup someone who actually cared for our business. PS- they replied to my post asking me to contact them with a generic response and to get more details, but no thank you!!! I drove down from Maine on a whim to explore Ira Lexus and stop at another dealer or two on the way home. Well I made it far as Ira Lexus and Chuck Festa. I will attest as other have here that it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had (9 dealer purchased cars). I am a no BS guy and wanted the same. What I got was pleasant experience with a friendly salesmen, as well as, Belo the business manager was straight forward, to the point, and excellent up to and including delivering the van here to Maine. I can say that when I need another vehicle Ira Lexus and Chuck will be my first place to look. More
