Terrible service and terrible attitude. Made an appointment for a replacement FOB as I lost one. When initially called to make the appointment the man who sold me the car said there was no charge b appointment for a replacement FOB as I lost one. When initially called to make the appointment the man who sold me the car said there was no charge because I had purchased insurance. As soon as I arrived for the appointment things they told me “you know it’s going to be of $300 or $400 dollars for a new FOB”. I told them I had insurance, they said no. I told them regardless I want a new FOB. Turns out my salesman had to call and straighten them out re the cost. In general a terrible experience. More

Would not purchase again The dealership is a typical dealership, pushy salesman trying to force you into the sale. But if you stand your ground they’re no worse than others in The dealership is a typical dealership, pushy salesman trying to force you into the sale. But if you stand your ground they’re no worse than others in that regard. Ended up purchasing a vehicle and upon delivery, did not have floor mats. Was then told it was sold without it. How are you going to sell a $20,000 car without even a cheap pair?! The salesman said he’d look into it and was confident he could do something, of course that never happened. I also did not have a windshield wiper blade on the rear of the vehicle. I purchased one and put it on, which is fine, but makes me nervous as they assured me “they went through everything and it was all in working condition.” Well they apparently didn’t check the wiper blade or realize one was completely missing, so who knows what else they didn’t check. Overall, not happy with my experience or service. I feel I got a fair price for the vehicle, but otherwise not pleased with Ira. I would not purchase another vehicle from them and would suggest looking elsewhere. More

I still don't have the money. The sales person was more Professional than him, at least he picked up the phone and told me I told the Manager to call you and let know what's going on but Thomas never had the courtesy to reach out for me, regardless of my credit I am a customer felt discriminated. no place to do business. I’ve never been treated so poorly when trying to spend so much! Sunday, the 17th I stopped by to check the Lexus GX460 with my son. After a brief wait I was greeted by a nice salesman Jake, who offered to show me the car and help with test drive. I’m in the early stages of screening the market for a new car. My wife’s lease will be up soon and she liked the GX among other large SUV’s. After test drive we got down to the financial part where I asked about a lease offer that Lexus.com has listed on the website for $449.00/month (terms and conditions may apply) we all know that. Long story short, I had to wait at the salesman’s desk for him to go to the manager to get the numbers. Among other things I asked about, money factor (APR), residual value, multiple security deposits, MSRP, if selling price was negotiable, if there are any incentives, etc. The salesman left and was taking longer than usual so for that reason I told him that he can email me all the specs. When I was ready to leave, the sales manager rushed through the door intruding himself also promising that he will send along info requested. Monday I get a follow up email with nothing but a greeting and another promise. I replied back asking a detailed price quote and never heard back from anyone. By Wednesday I emailed back the sales Mayans cc’d the general manager. As of today I’m still waiting to receive an email. Salesman called and said over the phone that this dealership does not send price quotes to clients by email because they fear that a client may go to another dealership to try to beat their quote. This is plane stupidity and an easy way to loose a customer. Any other dealership I purchased or made inquiries with had no problems sending me information by email. It almost seems like they try to wrap your head around so bad throwing numbers at you and rush you into making a decisions. A price quote was disclosed over the phone in a voice mail and none of the information required was provided. Dear General Manager, if you are not in the business of selling/leasing cars you should close the doors of your dealership or simply release from duty people working in your establishment who refuse to do the job. The only reason I walked into your dealership is because I wanted to do business with you, but being treated like that, I doubt it. Yes I am an analytical person and prefer to have things in writing before making a decision. The latin “Verba volant, scripta manent” is something I live by. More

The salesman acted surprised.. maybe he was, but he didn't seem to want to do anyting about it. After that, there was no way I was going to be able to trust the dealer with another used car. More

Starting from Kevin who does the internet sales, he is very efficient and provides great service and aggressive deals. Then Elliot who actually showed us the vehicles is so knowledgeable and helpful. He knows the customers' need and tries his best to exceed expectation. Getting to closing the deal, James, the finance manager, is awesome and kind. He treats the customer's transaction like his own transactions and thinks of everything from the customer's perspective. Finally, the sales manager, Michael, is extremely reasonable, helpful and fair. I was inquiring about one vehicle initially and got a good offer and then I switched to a different vehicle and Michael was able to offer me the same great deal without me even asking for it. Overall, this dealership is some place I trust and feel comfortable recommending my friends and families. More
