I am in the automotive industry myself. I have access to VERY good pricing on service and parts due to the connections I have made. I still choose to bring my vehicle (which I purchased here as well complet VERY good pricing on service and parts due to the connections I have made. I still choose to bring my vehicle (which I purchased here as well completely seamlessly) here for service. Their promptness, attentiveness, amenities, atmosphere and professionalism, coupled with very competitive pricing makes it a no-brainer for me to continue to service my vehicle here. Ira Lexus makes both purchasing and servicing a vehicle (a vehicle of outstanding quality, mind you) a process that will interfere with your day to day life as little as possible while also providing the best experience. Notable xxxxxxgo to John Ponce from sales and Barry from service for continually contributing to my experience in a positive way. More
I always have a fantastic experience at Ira Lexus. I bought the car from Jaime De-Lacruz, he was very kind, professional, attentive and I got an absolutely incredible deal. I’d recommend him to anyone. bought the car from Jaime De-Lacruz, he was very kind, professional, attentive and I got an absolutely incredible deal. I’d recommend him to anyone. The service department is also phenomenal. Jen and Tina are typically who I work with. They’re very kind, professional and prompt in response. I brought my car in recently for service to get the fuel pump recall taken care of and I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done. They even cleaned it and it looks 100% better than when I dropped it off. Very impressed! Will definitely be back! More

Shameless Dealership The moment I bought a car from this car dealership, my nightmare started. It was a used 2013 IS250 Lexus, but I trusted them saying it was a "Lexus Ce The moment I bought a car from this car dealership, my nightmare started. It was a used 2013 IS250 Lexus, but I trusted them saying it was a "Lexus Certified Car. They even persuaded me into buying warranty at extra cost. It did not take long before the car started having trouble. I am very busy that usually my wife brought the car to their service center to get it fixed, they always charge a lot of money. They seem to even charge for the parts that are supposed to be covered by our car warranty. How can a customer know whether a part is covered or not covered? One time I complained (over the phone because my wife does not speak English well), "I bought a warranty, isn't it covered by warranty?" The mechanic replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, it's my mistake. It's covered. However, still other parts are not covered, you need to pay money." Every time my wife brings the car to service center, without fail they charge for every possible reason imaginable as a pretext to rip us off. Actually they ripped us off by selling a lemon and now they are earning money charging service fees for the lemon. This car is really a money guzzler! Recently when the car's tire was damaged by road hazard, I called them asking regarding tire warranty. A guy told me that if it was caused by road hazard, it would be covered by tire warranty. When I asked them to check when our tires were replaced there giving the information of the car, he denied that tires had ever been replaced by them. My wife drove the car to Water Town Lexus because to my memory all of the four tires were placed either at Ira Lexus or Water Town Lexus. At the Water Town Lexus my wife was told that those tires were replaced by Ira Lexus. Wither their permission she took a photo of their screen showing this information. Ira Lexus lied to me! She wasted her time driving all the way to Water Town Lexus. When she returned and showed the evidence (the photo), this time they refused to replace it with warranty saying "the warranty policy has been changed, further more tire has only a small nail in it. We can fix it." and they just sealed the tire and charged my wife again for repair. When my Honda got a flat tire from a nail and brought it to Costco because I bought my car tires there, they replaced it with a brand new tire without hesitation. Of course without fee for labor. My Honda CRV 2011 is running well without any trouble and even when I visit occasionally Honda Service for some signs on the control panel, they never overcharge me like Ira Lexus does. This car is actually two years older than Lexus 2013 IS 250, but rarely causes trouble and even when it does, Honda Service Center at Burlington never overcharge me. If someone asks me a second opinion about this car dealership, I would give them 1 or 0 start because if someone naïve like me buy a car here, I bet their nightmare will start sooner or later and they will regret for the rest of the life of the car. After I posted my review on google, the manager (Rick Chase) of the service center replied to the review stating they apologized for my experience and stated they would like to try and resolve the issues. Actually I did not expect at all and I did not contact him. However, the car acted up again and this time the battery was dead. AAA technician came to jumpstart it. When he inspected the car he said car battery’s life remained less than 11% and it should be replaced ASAP. He added that as the battery is less than 3 years old (actually the technician was very surprised that the battery’s life remained just 11% given that it was replaced less than 3 years ago and said I would not pay any money as the battery’s warranty is 84 months (7 years). For this reason I contacted him regarding the battery, tires and other services, he frustrated and upset me all the more by stating he would charge me 50% of the battery’s price and $39.95 for labor for replacement of battery despite it being still under warranty, also refused to compensate for other things including tires which were under warranty. I would leave it to your judgement whether you would buy or fix car in this car dealership. If I were you, I would say, “Over my dead body!” More

Horrible people, horrible company When I called to purchase a car Steve, Mike and Mark were very friendly. I wanted to pay cash for a 2013 Infiniti posted online. My husband called the When I called to purchase a car Steve, Mike and Mark were very friendly. I wanted to pay cash for a 2013 Infiniti posted online. My husband called them to ask questions & make sure it was a reliable car because we live in Texas and would be shipping the car & could not visit in person. He specifically asked if there was any rust underneath the car because it was coming from up north- Steve Mathieu tells him there is no rust at all, they have a certified Lexus mechanic who checks all the cars, it passed an 'all points' inspection & was in perfect condition. I called Steve back because I was the one buying the car. He passes me along to Mark Gordon & again I ask about rust. Mark tells me there is no rust, their mechanic checks all of the cars & they would not sell a car with rust on it. Specifically, he says if a used car has rust they send it straight to auction & do not sell it. Mark passes me along to the manager Michael Walsh who verifies everything Steve & Mark have been telling me about the condition of the vehicle. I send the money, pay for the transportation service they require we use and wait for it to arrive! About a week later the delivery truck comes. The car does not start & they cannot get it off of the truck. No big deal, maybe it needs a new battery... I jump the car so we can get it off the truck. Of course it is filthy from the trip but I sign the paperwork & my husband starts to look over the car. No floor mats anywhere- okay. There is only one key- hmmm. There is obvious damage that shows at least the front & rear portions had to be replaced & poorly painted & a huge gash/dent in the lower panel underneath the driver's door. The driver's side mirror is all scratched up & rough. How could I have missed this in the pictures?! We go back to look at them and zoom in on the areas of concern but the pictures Ira Lexus posted of the car in the ad are so blurry there is no way to see the damages. Well, I have to accept it. It is a used car after all. There was no accident report in the CarFax but it did say the front & rear fenders had been replaced. Then my husband looks underneath the car. RUST EVERYWHERE. Not 'cosmetic rust' or 'surface rust' as Mark, Mike & Ahmad (the used car manager) would later claim. My husband pops the hood the check the engine- every single screw & bolt are so rusted we could not have taken them out without them snapping right off. I immediately call Ira & tell the guys about the rust- they say no way! There is no rust. I drive straight to a mechanic & have him check it out. He takes pictures (which I send to Mark) and says it will probably be $8k to fix. I call Mark back & surprise- he is no longer available. Long story shorter, I speak to Ahmad Khraibi the used car manager. He is one of the most condescending people I have ever spoken to. He claims that I asked about 'visible' rust on the car but not underneath the car (which is not true- my husband and I both very specifically asked about rust underneath to Steve & Mark & can see from the pictures there was not outside rust). He says that the mechanic checks the cars but as long as they drive they will sell them and once the cars leave the lot, used or new, it does not matter to them if they fall apart- it is the buyer's problem. What Mark said about rusty cars going to auction & not being sold is not even true according to Ahmad. Ahmad says Mark sent us pictures of the rust which was a flat out lie, then they change the story that they sent them to my husband who calls them out and Mark claims he never sent them. Ahmad blamed me and excused the lies his team told because I didn’t ask the question the right way- I did & was very specific. They would not let us return the car or drop the price to pay for rust repair. We pay to ship the car back and they list it with the same blurry pictures at a lower price. Liars, cheats & horrible people all around. Do not trust anything Steve Mathieu, Mark Gordon, Michael Walsh, Ahmad Khraibi or anyone at Ira says. Horrible people, horrible company. More
