Ira Lexus made it easy I made an appointment for 30,000 mile service on my 2013 LS460 which I bought certified in Florida oct 2016. Dibn't know if Ira would honor the mainte I made an appointment for 30,000 mile service on my 2013 LS460 which I bought certified in Florida oct 2016. Dibn't know if Ira would honor the maintenance deal. They did, made an appt for me within a couple of days at the time of my choosing and provided a loaner. That being said, I was a first time service customer with a used GX just bought. I tried to buy it at IRA but they didn't stock what I wanted- worked with Gene /Sales, very nice guy as well.
