Brendan was suggesting a repair of a hatchback, which was not urgent without pushing, or “dramatizing” the situation. However the repair of rear-breaks was explained to me in terms that were convincing. Overall, his handling of service is very good. Condescending, poor customer service from manager. I've never been so humiliated in my life. Apparently this guy hasn't, but every other reputable dealership in the country has. Anyway, I have my car from another Lexus dealer; 19,000 miles less, and $2,000 cheaper. I will admit the salesperson I originally worked with was very nice,, but then the experience went downhill. Be prepared! More
