From the moment we made the phone call to book the appointment, all the way to the very end. when we shook hands, everything went well! The lady at the desk, Jennifer, (I think), was kind, funny, and appointment, all the way to the very end. when we shook hands, everything went well! The lady at the desk, Jennifer, (I think), was kind, funny, and explained things very well! I would recommend her very highly. We went home and waited for the phone call or text which we got the next morning. Our car was ready. When we went back, and Jennifer was not there, but some other gentleman took a good care of us, knew we were coming, who we were, and within five minutes, our car was out there and ready to go.
