Dropped my car off Friday at 10 am and it was determined then I needed 2 new trunk motors. Got called Saturday, 24 hours later with a list of thing they recommend for my car and the service rep said I’ll ha then I needed 2 new trunk motors. Got called Saturday, 24 hours later with a list of thing they recommend for my car and the service rep said I’ll have to check with my manager if motors are covered. So 24 hours since dropping off the car and my main issue was not even addressed yet. I asked if I would get my car back Saturday and service rep said yeah! Received no call back Saturday or even Sunday. I heard Monday afternoon my car was finally ready with no follow up. When picking up my car, everyone always looks less than pleased to help you. I finally get my car back and see that money was taken from my center console. I’ve always driven Lexus and so haven’t my family and this used to be a great dealership but now I tell people to stay clear. Not worth the headache. More

The people are very responsive and helpful. The primary issue I have is there is very limited knowledge of the technology systems in the car. This is not really a criticism of this particular dealership. I think it’s a general problem with most automotive dealerships. The service department knows how to do typical, traditional automotive service like oil changes, tune-ups, etc. but there is limited knowledge and capability to service the technology systems. We had to go to Corporate Lexus Tech Support regarding a problem with the Blind Spot Monitor in our car. They confirmed that it is a problem and sent us back to service for resolution. More
After 4 years still the best service. Good people,thorough check ups and quick service. I always get a loaner car and a complimentary wash and interior cleaning.
