We are especially disappointed to hear that your most recent interaction did not reflect the positive relationships you built over the years with Steve Pugatch and Gene Porzio. I am sorry for the frustration caused by miscommunication during the sales process, as well as for the interactions you described with our management team. Your feedback regarding the handling of warranty discussions and overall communication has been noted and will be addressed internally.
