I've purchased many Lexus' from Ira over the past 30 years. First, from the late Steve Pugatch, and then from Gene Porzio, who is now working in service. They had both been extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Our salesperson, Ms Zallen, was very nice, yet lacked experience, and should have had a seasoned professional shadowing her. She neglected to give me an important piece of information that caused us a lot of time and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Coco, the sales manager, sat down with an attitude and was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional, unwilling to listen to us calmly or politely. And thirdly was the business manager, Mr. Monterroso, who issued instructions to us that were unnecessary. The solution we chose was much simpler. He also insisted on pushing expensive warrantees of up to six years and many thousands of dollars more, onto the sale of my SUV, even though I twice expressed to him that I was not interested. I only put on @2K miles a year. Why would I purchase an expensive car and still need to buy warrantees? I bought an expensive car so I wouldn't need warrantees! At this point I was ready to walk out and cancel the whole deal! There was more negativity to follow, but I won't get into that. I do know that I will never again purchase another Lexus from Ira or associate with these rude managers! More

The dealership has been great however the service advisor that I have had several times keeps messing up with my service coverage. I requested that I get new service advisor but when I arrived today he told that I have had several times keeps messing up with my service coverage. I requested that I get new service advisor but when I arrived today he told me he was covering my service. I waited for the car and he came to ask if I wanted the repairs that were recommended. I asked him if they were covered by my Platinum policy and he said no. When the car was done he handed me a bill for $389.07. So again I had to explain to him that I had the platinum plan to cover routine services. I do not feel like I’m being respected or treated in a manner becoming of the Lexus dealership. More
