My car was pristine when I picked it up and Victor sat in the car with me and explained every button and lever and how to use them! I was somewhat specific with what I was looking for in terms of milelage, colors, options and most of all, the condition of the exterior. I might have been a bit of a challange with all my needs and Victor was exceptional the entire time, guiding me to vehicles that could meet my needs. He found the perfect Lexus RX 350 for me. When it came time to purchase price I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, both Victor and sales manager, Danny Kaboub worked with me to make it the sale I was looking for and the trade value of my personal car was fair. I had done some price checking before I went to the dealership and found the purchase price to be very reasonable. I purchased a 2011 RX350. The salesman was good, and we left satisfied. The service at Ira Lexus, however, leaves much to be desired. My service manager didn't even bother to introduce himself to me; no one could find my car after the after market options were installed; I returned for an oil change and couldn't believe how the salespeople talk in front of customers waiting for their vehicles. Communication amongst the service team appears to be completely disorganized. I definitely expect a level of service commensurate with the vehicle, and this is not the case. Come on, Ira. A fish rots from the head down. Get it together. More

We set up an appointment to see the car the following day. When we entered the show room we were introduced to Mr. Kaboub and Mr. Kaplan. The atmosphere was very professional and friendly. Mr. Kaplan showed us the vehicle that we were interested in. He showed all the features from one end to the other and under the hood as well. Then he explained the and warranty. We purchased the car. I was looking for an used 2008 Lexus ES350, visited all Lexus dealers in Mass except Ira though Ira was the closest to my place :-). He took me for a test drive, I was impressed with the car as well as the dealer. And to make it better, they gave the car for the price I wanted :-). Steve also ensured that all the papers are in place for registration and he even delivered the car to my home. All in all, a very nice and hassle free car shopping experience for me.
