We got a great price that they encouraged us to call any other Lexus dealer in the country to see if they would sell a car to us for less. Others did not come close to the IRA price. Not only were the people at Danvers friendly, extrememly knowledgeable about the product and straight shooters, they gave me an excellent deal, because they felt so badly about my experience at the Watert own dealership and wanted me to have an excellent Lexus experience. The reason for this review is to offer an appraisal of my recent experience with their team members for the purchase of a 2009 Lexus GX 470. Firstly, I had just left Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon where I recent experience with their team members for the purchase of a 2009 Lexus GX 470. Firstly, I had just left Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon where I spent 3 hours of back-and-forth dealing between the salesman and invisible higher-ups that would not come-out to directly speak with me or even introduce themselves. So, that encounter was still fresh. Upon arrival at Ira Lexus of Danvers, however, I met everyone involved...no hidden managers. Moreover, they were fast: they got an immediate appraisal on my Toyota trade-in, and it was higher than Herb Chambers Lexus which low-balled me $3,000 below the official Kelley Blue Book value for my RAV-4. My sales consultant Mr. Ponce did not run back and forth--he was fair, and I appreciated that...no low-balling for this customer. The sales manager, Mike Akroyd, was equally FAIR, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY as Mr. Ponce! He would visit us every 10 minutes with a broad smile and ask me, "Is everything going o.k...do you have any additional questions, Dr. Vautrot?" After I agreed to purchase the GX 470, I met with their financial manager, Steve Frisone, who is a super guy, as well. I felt so lucky to have 3 professional and friendly staff encounters in a row! He did not haggle me or twist my arm for extended warranties or other types of plans that I was not interested in adding on to the standard, excellent coverage that comes with a Lexus. Each time that I politely declined, he did not question it or try again with any type of fancy, over-your-head financial talk. So, this process, too, was quick and efficient! In addition, their original price was very, very competitive: not only did they give it to me in writing (which Herb Chambers did not), they stuck to it. So, when I arrived, there were no remarks like "Oh, by the way, I forgot that such-and-such was installed, so that will cost you extra..." Nope. Ira Lexus of Danvers: they stick by their word. No funny business. No hassle. No haggle. And very time efficient. I am a physician & time is limited with my two practices. They respected that. I feel that they appreciate & respect their customers' needs quite nicely. I also had an opportunity to observe other customers walking around in their showroom: all seemed that they were also having a pleasant, rather than stressful, buying experience. Ira Lexus of Danvers is a dealership that I would personally recommend to my friends and colleagues. I reside in Taunton, MA, which is FAR from the Lexus dealership in Danvers (60 miles, 1.5 hour drive); BUT, I am willing to make that voyage when necessary just because of the type of staff (FAIR, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY) and the atmosphere (PLEASANT, RELAXED). I spoke with Todd Irving over the phone to get some particulars on the vehicle my wife was looking to purchase, an IS 250AWD. Todd was professional and provided the information on a timely basis. When my wife and I got to the dealership, the car that Todd and I had discussed was waiting for my wife, right in front. By the way, when we got there, it was in the middle of a snow storm. The numbers that Todd and I had discussed over the phone, were the final numbers. There were no hidden fees at all..Everything was as Todd said it would be. My wife wanted to test drive the vehicle and Elliot Honig had taken both my wife and I on a test drive. Elliot was thoroughly knowledgable about this vehicle and he could not have been any nicer. I have purchased many cars in the past and I can honestly say, this was the BEST experience I have ever had regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. When my wife went up to pick up her new car, Todd & Elliot had pulled her new car into the showroom so they could go through a final walk through with her before she drove off. They were great. This was about a smooth purchase process I have experienced in the 5 new vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime. I communicated with Blanca initially through email. She quoted a price to me immediately without any hassle of telling me I need to come in first. The quote was very competitive. When I asked what the total walk out cost including tax and licensing she again gave me an immediate answer. I did this with several other dealerships and I did visit 3 of them. This was the only dealer when I arrived did not change the number from what was quoted. Actually, it turned out to be 1 dollar more then originally quoted which I was okay with. I know with perhaps some dealing I may have saved a little with them or elsewhere but the price was below what I had budgeted for myself and their responses to all my requests were immediate which I cannot say of other dealerships who I found to be more vague and quite frankly, less honest. Mike Ackroyd was extremely friendly and more then willing to provide optimum customer service along with John Ponce who stayed true to the course of what had been discussed prior to my arrival. More

It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and was pleasantly surprised at the energetic and friendly welcome I received at Ira Lexus in Danvers. I was given prompt, courteous attention and informative answers to my questions. What I really liked was a lack of sales pressure. When I indicated, at my first visit, that I wasn't ready to make a deal yet, that was the end of the discussion on that point. Cleiton Silva, my sales consultant, was respectful of the process going forward on my terms, and was always accessible by phone or email to answer questions or forward me requested materials. He was a pleasure to deal with. When, in the flurry of the sale, I forgot to include a cargo mat in the final configuration, he worked his "magic", several days later, to give me a well-below dealer cost for it. Dan Kaboub was equally polite and welcoming. He quoted me prices on two cars, very good prices, and without any follow-up pressure to buy. When I became convinced of the car I wanted, the deal was made very quickly and was more than fair. As can happen, I had a concern about an item price after the deal had been drawn up. Dan did not hesitate to rip it up and draw up a new agreement. His words were: "We want you to be happy with this deal, because we value adding you as our customer". They no doubt have the big picture in mind. All in all, my experience was first-rate. More
