My service manager didn't even bother to introduce himself to me; no one could find my car after the after market options were installed; I returned for an oil change and couldn't believe how the salespeople talk in front of customers waiting for their vehicles. Communication amongst the service team appears to be completely disorganized. I definitely expect a level of service commensurate with the vehicle, and this is not the case. Come on, Ira. A fish rots from the head down. Get it together. More
