Probably the easiest car purchase I have made in the last 20 years. I told my salesperson , Elliot Honig , what car I wanted ,color ,equipment and model. I made the deal I wanted signed the paperwork and picked up my new Es 350 a couple of days later as promised. Elliot Honig And Dan Kaboub and Willy Moy made it a very easy transaction for me and going through the finance office with Jose was just as pleasant. More

I explained that I live out of state and just received a good offer on a new 2013 ES/luxury pack. w/nav, for it to be worth the drive and hassle of the drive Ira would have to come in a lot lower that my current offer. They did, $1,700 lower than my other quote, he just had to get it approved by a manager, we talked about colors next, either the black or the grey, "no problem, call me tomorrow" I called the next day, Mike's answering machine says it's Tues. but today's really Wednesday so I called and asked to speak to a manger wondering if he had brought it up. Nope no mention, "but let me look in the computer", yeah it's here, no problem, the manager Johnny actually cuts the price another $500. An hour later I get a call saying they only have the car in champagne or light blue. I told him if that's the case I'll just get the car here in New York. The next day Mike Fuller calls and asks me if he can get me the Nebula Grey with black interior by the weekend do we have a deal, I say of course and put down a deposit. Call Mike during the week to check on things he tells me to sit back and relax they'll take care of everything. Thursday rolls around my wife, daughter and myself get ready to take the trip to go get the car. No word from Mike so I send an e-mail. Later Thursday night I receive an e-mail saying cars not here don't bother coming this weekend, don't worry it'll be here by Sunday. Go through the week, rent a car, pack up Thurs after talking to Mike telling me car will be here. Friday morning call Mike, it's his day off. He calls back later, no car. Long story short, I got the run around going on three weeks now on a car nobody can tell me where it is. Spoke to everyone, mangers, sales, corporate and nobody can give a good answer. Ask for the deposit back and once again get the run around. Finally after talking to corporate get an answer that the car may have been damaged in transit and the managers been searching for another car. Never called to tell me or ask if I was flexible on any of the options or color making it easier to find me a car. All this could have been avoided by a quick phone call and some professionalism, instead you get the sleazy used car salesman mentality up and down the line. I'd rather pay the extra and deal with professionals. More

My February 2013 purchase at Ira Lexus in Danvers was by far one of our best experiences in finding a car! General Manager Willy Moy and Sales Consultant Bert Rivas were great. Even though another couple bought a beautiful hybrid RX 450 SUV on the showroom floor that I wanted, the GM was able to find me the same model with even more upgraded features for a fabulous price within my range. They told me about some great sales incentives, so I received a car that was far better than the one I priced on Edmunds and Cars-dot-com, yet priced in my range! I had priced out pretty much a basic RX 450h online, but I walked away with a top-of-the-line RX 450h SUV at about the same price as my bottom-of-the-line one! Sales Consultant Bert was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I feel he went to bat for me to get the GM to give me a really good price. Even Gil, another Sales Consultant who lost out on the deal with me to Bert due to scheduling conflicts, was genuinely gracious and friendly. After taking delivery of my new car, I met with Breno Annes, a tech specialist who was great at explaining all the fancy computer gizmos in the car. He even set up my smartphone to work with the car's Bluetooth. Very thorough! I will definitely recommend Ira Lexus to friends and neighbors! More

I was dealt with very failry (Michael Fuller in sales) and felt I negotiated a very fair price as well as got good value for the trade. What makes this is a 5 star review in my eyes however is the service and follow up. I picked up the car on a friday and had to return to the dealership Monday to pick up the new registration and sticker. When I went into the dealership they noticed a large screw logged in the front right tire. Even though they were not responsible (and the tire wasn't covered), they stepped up and replaced the tire for free. I had my last LS serviced by IRA and was really pleased with the speed, quality and ease of getting loaner cars. After stepping up to replace the tire on my new LS, it's clear they understand and appreciate customer loyalty. I look forward to having my new LS serviced there and hopefully be another repeat customer the next time I need a new car. More

I found a Lexus GX CPO on their site and called to ask several questions before I made the 2hr ride down. Mark Driscoll called me back and noted all my questions about the GX and he emailed me answers to shortly after.A couple days later I took a ride down and met Mark who was able to show me/and let me test drive the GX I inquired about (which he had right up front and ready when I arrived) as well as another one to compare.He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.Patient,not pushy and very easy going. After deciding on the GX I liked the best we met Mike Benoit and negotiated a fair price for both of us.I have purchased a number of cars for myself and other who ask me to come along and negotiate for them.I must say I have never had such a fun and laugh filled time getting a good deal with Mike and Mark. I had financing lined up with a great rate from my bank but after meeting with Jose Siliva he was able to get me a even better rate-.9 that I could not say no to and was very pleased with. The best part,due to my NH residency was that they,Ira delivered the car to me the next week,almost a 2 hr ride Mark and Sandy met me at my town hall and had me in my new to me GX that looked great,even after the drive. Would certainly recommend Ira Lexus,Mark Driscoll,Mike,Jose and Sandy to anyone in the market for a Lexus. More
Went to have a check engine light problem resolved. Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replace Received a call the next day that he had bad news for me and that the next step in the repair process was to have the complete exhaust system replaced at acost of $5600.00 because of exhaust leaks. Strange i could'nt hear any exhaust noise. It turns out that my vehicle had a ground problem that was the cause of the fault. I also discovered that when it comes to emission problems the IRA lexus is not an approved emmisions repair sevice center. Which makes me feel like I paid for a worthless diagnosis and the repair price was inflated in order to avoid fixing the real problem. More

The Ira Lexus in Danvers had one 2006 LS430 listed on their website for more than a month. Before driving there I called the customer service of Ira Lexus for an appointment as it is about 2 hours drive from our place. The lady on phone was nice and friendly. She gave an appointment for Saturday 1PM and a confirmation number which was supposed to be given to the attendant when we reached there. Before we started I again got a call from the same lady and I confirmed that we were coming. While we were on the way I got another call from some sales guy to make sure that we were on our way. I again confirmed that we are mid way and will be there in an hour. I asked him if anyone else was also coming to see the car and he confirmed that no one else was coming. When we reached there I gave the confirmation number to the gentleman who attended us. We were seated in a cube and 10 minutes later the sales person comes and tells us that the LS430 for which I had taken the appointment has been sold in morning. We were surprised to hear that as it was available about an hour ago when we got the call from dealership. When we showed our disappointment the sales guy asks us to wait while he checks something with his manager. In about 15 minutes he comes with a smile on his face and says that the car is still available. After the test drive the sales guy asks us if we like the car and if we are interested to buy it. I said, yes we like the car. Then he goes inside to discuss something with his manager and comes back and tells us that the car has been sold to someone else at wholesale price. However if we were interested to buy it then we can make a deposit and if the other person/dealership doesn’t want it for some reason then I will have option to buy it. If the other dealership/person takes it then they will refund my deposit. We were really shocked to see this kind of response and such a bad customer service. Did not expect this kind of behavior from a franchised Lexus dealership. More
My experience with Ira Lexus and Steve Pugatch was nothing less than exceptional. I will start off by saying that as a young woman, I was somewhat intimidated to step foot into a car dealership alone- nothing less than exceptional. I will start off by saying that as a young woman, I was somewhat intimidated to step foot into a car dealership alone- weary of the stereotypical, high pressure salesmen I might encounter.However, that was far from the experience I had at Ira Lexus. Steve is a true gentleman- professional, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and personable. He took me on a test drive of the 2012 IS250 and took the time to go over all the specifications of the vehicle and to answer all of my questions. I was up front that I was not ready to buy today as I still wanted to test drive the Mercedes C300, and that I would like to have my father accompany me at the signing. Steve did not pressure me whatsoever, he encouraged me to test drive the Mercedes and told me he looked forward to meeting with me and my father so that he could go over everything with him as well. After test driving the C300 I had a difficult decision to make (especially since I was coming from owning a Mercedes) because I did like both cars. However, it was my positive experience at Ira Lexus that helped me to make my decision, I knew that I would be in good hands at Ira. Having made my decision, Steve did everything possible to ensure I got the *exact* car I was looking for-within my budget- and with no hassle. I got an incredible deal, both on my trade in (which was more than Mercedes had offered me) as well as on the sale price of my new vehicle, without having to haggle or negotiate back and forth. Jose DaSilva took care of the financing for me and my experience with hiw was equally as positive. Steve was extremely thorough when delivering my car to me- he made sure my vanity plates were transferred to my new vehicle and he went over every button and feature in the car, even setting my radio stations and programming the bluetooth on my phone. Oh, and did I mention he delivered the car to me with a big red bow? Absolutely impeccable customer service- I am highly impressed with Steve Pugatch and the rest of the staff at Ira Lexus. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. And this should go without saying, but I love my 2012 IS250! More
