After years of difficultly scheduling service with a loaner, I traded in my Volvo for a Lexus a couple months ago. I took my Lexus for its first maintenance appointment yesterday and had a great experience. I made the appointment and secured a loaner with only a couple days notice. Ryan, my service advisor, and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. My maintenance and a service bulletin item were completed same day by 3:30 pm. What a breath of fresh air compared to my Volvo experience. More

Most people will just sign without knowing what they are agreeing to. More
