I have been a customer for over 20 years, and let me tell you why I keep going back. My most recent visit was the most unique one I have ever had with any service center, and I hope it’s one I never have to you why I keep going back. My most recent visit was the most unique one I have ever had with any service center, and I hope it’s one I never have to go through again. But if I do, I hope it’s with Ira Lexus. I took my car in “just to check” after hitting some road debris. Things escalated quickly and my car was deemed a total loss. This situation could have been an absolute nightmare. Ira Lexus was so kind to me. They treated me with empathy, helped me navigate the claim process, and even gave me a ride home once I dropped off the loaner vehicle I had taken for the service appointment. I have never had a bad experience here. And from the perspective of owning a car, having one totaled unexpectedly is never fun. I can’t wait to return to have IRA continue to service the new(er) LS I bought as a replacement! This will be my 5th car of one they have helped me maintain over the years. I cannot recommend them enough. More

It looked like usual Lexus service. Washing and vacuuming of the car came as a pleasant bonus.
