Took over 6 hours to tell me a cable was stenches in the seat and they’d need a few hours to take seat apart. I was in waiting room ALL DAY and no one ever came to tell me. I came back at noon and they were surprised to see me. So I waited until 2:30 and went back to ask for an update and was told, “oh the technician was flipping back and forth between two cars and now I’ve told him to focus on yours.” Then told 45 mins later-oh he has to take seat apart so you might want to reschedule! More

Ira Honda Saco is hands down the best dealership in Saco. I will forever be a Honda girl because I love the service staff so much. The front desk service staff, mechanics and quick service crew are so polite, contentious and knowledgeable. I also like how I get right in when I need it and have always been 1000% satisfied with their work. It always gives me peace of mind having those crew handle my CRV. Shout out to Thomas, Alberto and Ranisha and the mechanics I dont know their names but they're amazing. More
