Someone else’s key was left in my car I was Very disappointed when I got to where I was going and discovered it. I called and told the service woman I would be back. having to drive back made it ve disappointed when I got to where I was going and discovered it. I called and told the service woman I would be back. having to drive back made it very inconvenient. I just know if my key was left in someone else’s car they wouldn’t be able to do the repair. However I found it surprising that when I called she didn’t even seem to know it was missing. So perhaps, the driver who brings cars around may have been getting other cars at the same time and left a key in mine. It was the same type. When I dropped the key off I felt like she was still confused why I was dropping a key off. However, there was a gentleman talking to her. And when he caught on to what I was doing/saying he thanked me. Also I was wondering do you not run the cars thru the car wash anymore? I do appreciate that I got a phone call on Saturday before my Monday appointment if I could change until Tuesday at 10. They wanted to make sure parts were in. So other than those few hiccups I feel safer now that the recall was done. More
