Fantastic, personable, down-to-earth staff. I took my car in late on a Saturday for what I thought was just a standard oil, lube, and tire rotation service. As the car was coming out of service I took my car in late on a Saturday for what I thought was just a standard oil, lube, and tire rotation service. As the car was coming out of service, it became apparent that something was malfunctioning with the battery and possibly the car's electrical system, and given the late hour, the car would have to remain at Ira Honda through Monday, as Service was closing for the day. The Sales team stepped in and were able to find someone to drive me to my somewhat distant home on a Saturday evening, for which there was no other form of transportation available. On Monday the Service Team did a magnificent job finding, diagnosing, and fixing the issue. The entire staff graciously fielded my numerous calls all day, and they provided me with a wonderful ride from home to retrieve my car from the Service Station. I want to give five stars and special thanks to Alberto, Brad, and Kylie from the Service Team, Caleb from Sales, and driver Bernard for excellent and outstanding service. All five of these individuals went above and beyond. The entire team feels like family. I highly recommend both Ira Honda Service and Sales. I continue to be extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased from Honda just as the pandemic was getting underway, the same vehicle that the Service Team has worked hard to maintain over the last few years. Keep up the good work and thank you again for all that you do. More

They addressed it very well even to the point of taking me in to meet the mechanic, he was awesome in explaining and showing me everything. I felt great to know that they truly do listen and address even the little concerns you might have. The service woman was also very nice and took her time to explain things to me and other customers, she even suggested what tire would be the best for mileage and the money, that the customer was asking about.
