Be super careful with the finance manager he when offer you any additional warranties, insurance, etc. He will tell you something then do something different. Read through every single document before sign you any additional warranties, insurance, etc. He will tell you something then do something different. Read through every single document before signing anything. Don’t ask for the General Manager Mark because he is helpless. The finance manager and GM both have a bad attitude. I will never buy anything here and no I don’t recommend this dealership at ALL! I’m updating this review because the GM Mark will respond to reviews to try to make himself look good. Response for the GM: Yes you offered me a full refund for the $4k extended warranty that your finance manager told me that I was going to get it for $1,300 but you will not stand with the original offer. Just don’t tell customers that you would sell a $4,000 extended warranty for $1,300 then put $4,000 on the purchase agreement. I spent over 6 hours on your dealership because your sales person hit the vehicle I originally bought and you never came out your office to say hi. I went back to the dealership the next day and you looked me on the face and didn’t even said hello. Sorry but that’s not a good customer service experience. More
