I had my 2015 Honda CRV serviced at this location (Ira Saco) for the first time last week. Wow! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Everything was thorough and transparent. I appreciated being able to communicate directly with the technician servicing my vehicle. I was able to call Tommy (my technician) directly with any questions and got immediate answers. They kept be informed by calling, texting, even sending me a video of the issue and exactly how it will be repaired with an honest estimate of price and time it will take. They had they parts they needed and were able to finish the job same day. Can’t recommend them enough! More
