The staff are always very kind and willing to answer my questions. The only coaching I would offer this time is to perhaps not use the strong smelling aerosols inside the cars as they aren't always good fo questions. Service was terrible today. . I dropped my car off a day early because i was told it was 4 hr appt. In a couple hours I got a text saying GREEN IS GREAT. Your CRV inspection was . I dropped my car off a day early because i was told it was 4 hr appt. In a couple hours I got a text saying GREEN IS GREAT. Your CRV inspection was all green. Since I didn’t bring it down for an inspection I was confused so I called to see if this was a mistake. The person who answered the phone could not get in contact with service dept. They said someone would call me by the end of the day. No call. The next day, the actual day of the appt. I called again. I explained the situation to the next call service person who also could not reach anyone in the service dept. She said she would contact a mgr and have them call me. Again no call. Later that day I called again and spoke to a third call service person who felt bad that no one was calling me back. That person tried to call everyone and he finally said no one would answer the phone for him either. At this point I realize the service people are not on location but at home and there wasn’t much they could really do. At that point my husband took me to Honda Saco location to see what was going on. This is about 3:30 ish. I’m about 15 minutes away. When I got there there were no cars in the bays and no one at the counter, just 3 service advisors standing there. I tried to explain the situation but was met with one excuse after another. More talking than listening. When I asked why no one would answer the phone when the call center people called, he claimed they had been really busy and that my service advisor was out today. When I questioned further he said that they get at least 15 emails an hour from them and they don’t always have time respond. Remember, there were no cars in the bay and no one at the counter??? And they worked on my car a day early and had at least 24 hours to call me back. 🤦♀️ I’ve have never had that kind of service from Honda (they always called me when my car was ready). No excuses! So frustrating! More
