We purchased our 2011 Accord new at IRA (formerly Prime) Honda in 2011. Other than oil changes when we were traveling out west, nobody else has touched this vehicle for service. We have had IRA perform al Honda in 2011. Other than oil changes when we were traveling out west, nobody else has touched this vehicle for service. We have had IRA perform all the Honda recommended services over the last 12 years. The staff is professional, courteous, honest, and always keeps our interests in mind. My last visit was for a state inspection sticker, which my 12 year old 132,000 mile vehicle passed with no issues. I very much appreciate the relationship with IRA. More

I arrived without an appointment seeking an Express Service oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Checked in quickly and was advised by the Service Manager it could be a couple of hours Service oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Checked in quickly and was advised by the Service Manager it could be a couple of hours, wait time, the place was very busy. About an hour later the work was complete and I was on my way. Truly a five-star experience. More
