I usually have world class service, when working with Tommy. However, this time was with Alberto. He is pleasant enough when we are face to face. However, he doesn’t answer the desk phone and calls the h Tommy. However, this time was with Alberto. He is pleasant enough when we are face to face. However, he doesn’t answer the desk phone and calls the house when leaving specific instructions to call my cell. He did return one call and left a message on my house phone. He spoke so fast I had no idea who it was or what they were calling about until I looked at caller ID! I called back, left an another message with a woman. About an hour later, I received a text message about an explaining what I need done. He never returned my 2nd call. I dealt with him years ago and had the same problem. He could learn a few things from Tommy! More
