SERVICE VISIT

They try to tell me I need parts replaced that are brand new for one They had my car all day for a recall and they call saying I need tires which are brand new as well and they didn’t even do the recall w new for one They had my car all day for a recall and they call saying I need tires which are brand new as well and they didn’t even do the recall which is why the car was there to begin with. They say I can text no one answers the phone or the text very poor communication and why are they trying to charge me 5400$ for a lot of brand new parts I just had replaced for a sticker and never did the recall. Something definitely wrong over there anyone ever mention going there I would steer them clear away More
